Mareux is a coldwave musical project from Los Angeles, created and led by Aryan Ashtiani.
His electro is soft and cold at the same time, with a touch of nostalgia. Rythms are both fascinating and haunting, thanks to strong beats and synth. The result is an emotional and disillusioned music with an 80s touch and assumed modernity.
A 4 tracks called Decade EP was released in 2013. On April (2020) was released the 5 tracks Predestiny EP under the I HEARD IT IN PARIS label. It is clearly worth the detour, even if it is way too short!
